Szymon and Jakub met at the university in 2017. While tackling student life and working on joint projects, they spotted a mutual desire to run a marketing agency together.
The idea wasn’t immediately obvious—they first wanted to identify gaps in the industry. That meant finding needs their company could address. This led to the creation of the strategic marketing agency: Sembility.
They’ve been meticulously building their expertise in the digital marketing field since 2015. This has resulted in working on over 1,000 projects, spanning SEO, lead generation, email marketing, paid campaigns (ads), and developing websites and e-commerces. Over the past 10 years, they’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with clients from 5 continents, operating in 4 foreign languages.
Their goal wasn’t to create just another marketing agency but to develop tangible solutions to their clients’ problems—not limited to Poland alone.
Jakub stands out for his technical approach to digital marketing and his deep understanding of problems from a technological perspective. Szymon approaches challenges from an advisory angle, combining technical knowledge with business experience. Together, they form a marketing agency focused on what matters most to clients: their business outcomes. They avoid proposing solutions that lack financial viability.
Besides work, Szymon immerses himself in learning Portuguese and Spanish and enjoys blogging, while Jakub, on the other hand, delves into Japanese studies and is a passionate fan of automotive trends and gaming.
